Convenient Care

Convenient Care offers the opportunity for South Carolinians to seek low acuity virtual healthcare 24/7. Usually completed asynchronously (not in real-time), a patient submits a detailed description of their health concern and within the same day is connected to a provider who provides a diagnosis and next steps such as a prescription. This offering opens the door to simple, accessible care for SC residents, wherever they may be in the state.

Virtual Urgent Care

• Several SCTA champions including McLeod Health, MUSC Health, Prisma Health, and Spartanburg Regional Health offer virtual urgent care for their patients and communities. Low acuity visit types offered range from cold and flu, women’s health, skin conditions, mental health, and many other conditions. To take advantage of these services, simply visit a participating organization’s virtual urgent care website.
